Job summary

Emerald Nursing and Rehab Columbus seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Nursing team. You will deliver direct care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and therapists to optimize resident outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, monitoring vitals, documenting care, and contributing to care plan development in a post-acute setting. A supportive team and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN/LVN license in Nebraska is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is current and on file.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medications and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the Nursing leadership.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with residents and families.
