Benchmark Senior Living is seeking compassionate LPNs (full-time and part-time) to provide nursing care for residents in a warm, home-like setting. Responsibilities include assessing residents, communicating changes, and coordinating care with the team.

Licensed Practical Nurse license and CPR are required, with 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred. Previous eldercare experience is highly desirable, and travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience working with elderly in a paid or volunteer role is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assess, communicate, and document residents' status.
• Observe and report health changes to care team per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job aspects.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management.
