Job summary

The role requires an active LPN license and CPR certification, with 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in elder care.
Qualifications
- State license as LPN and CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience; elderly care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
- Observe and report significant changes in resident health to the care team.
- Direct and supervise daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
- Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
- Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management.
- Balance service demands with supporting resident independence.
- Recognize and report elder abuse or neglect per state regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and activate backup when needed.
