The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Florida. The role involves delivering holistic nursing care to residents, supervising licensed and non-professional staff, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

Licensed professionals will lead direct resident care and support functions. We offer full-time daytime and evening shifts (7A-3P, 3P-11P) with a pay rate of $30-$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Must possess a current, active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, holistic nursing care following standards and regulations.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in resident care delivery.
• Admit, transfer, discharge residents with care documentation.
• Complete daily rounds and document significant events.
• Communicate with health care providers and family members; update care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered; coordinate with pharmacy.
