Empire Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3pm-11pm shift. You will monitor residents, collaborate with physicians and nurses, perform routine procedures, and keep accurate charts in a busy, compassionate setting.

Active GA LPN license required. You will administer medications, supervise CNAs, support hygiene and safety, and provide emergency care when needed. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team focused on resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Active GA LPN license required.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred, with strong patient care focus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patients' condition and assess needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
• Adjust and administer patients' medications per physicians' orders.
• Inspect facilities to maintain hygiene and safety and prepare beds as needed.
• Provide urgent medical care in emergencies.
• Supervise and train CNAs nursing assistants.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for patients and families.
