Job summary
Extended Care is seeking dedicated LPNs for an evening shift (2:30-11:00pm) to deliver compassionate, quality-oriented care in a supportive facility. The role involves supervising nursing assistants, maintaining records, and administering medications within established policies.

Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License as required by the state.
- Ability to work every other weekend.
- Compliance with Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
- Confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
- Understanding of hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
- Complete required record-keeping on resident admission, discharge, and transfer; document per policy.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician.
- Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
