Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking an LPN or RN (LPN/LVN licensed) to join our memory care community in Florida. The role emphasizes high-quality nursing care, leadership of licensed and non-professional staff, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Night shifts are available, with a schedule requiring 7pm–7am coverage and rotating weeks. Ideal candidates have a current Florida license and prior memory care or long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet all state and federal requirements for the position.
• Current LPN/LVN license in Florida in good standing.
• Prefer at least 1 year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, holistic nursing care following practice standards and regulations.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in resident care and support functions.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with appropriate care documentation.
• Complete daily clinical rounds and report significant events to supervision.
• Coordinate care plans with health care providers and update progress notes.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the health care provider.
• Ensure nursing staff compliance with policies, safety programs and documentation.
