Empro Staffing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision and support patients across multiple settings. Evening and night shifts are available with fulltime and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Must hold completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LPN is required.
• Experience in healthcare preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care mindset.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and ensure comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and communicate status changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain a clean, infection-controlled work environment and participate in training.
