Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily nursing care per current rules and facility guidelines.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in direct resident care.
• Administer medications as ordered and coordinate with pharmacy.
• Document and communicate resident care plans and changes to supervision.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in nursing areas and equipment.
