Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Full Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our North Hampton team. You will provide personalized in-home care, including personal support and companionship, to clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and documentation, while maintaining safety and independence for clients. A valid NH LNA or PCA certification preferred; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient caregiver with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to provide personal care and companionship.
• Prior home-care or caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding per dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a clean home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
