Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate, dependable Full-Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Nashua, NH team. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, meals, and companionship to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred
• Caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Compassion, patience, and dependability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to pass a background check and meet NH compliance requirements
• Dementia Training Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment
