Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Danville team. You will provide in-home personal care, support daily activities, and help clients maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Prior home care or clinical caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Dementia Training Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety.
• Monitor and document health status and report changes.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding per dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands at home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
