Job summary
Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate, dedicated full-time LNA/PCA caregiver to provide in-home personal care in Greenland, NH. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and safety monitoring to help clients maintain independence and comfort.

Qualifications
- Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or clinical caregiving.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
