Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support to health plan members and private clients in Buzzards Bay, MA.

You'll work through the CareLinx app, build steady schedules, and collaborate with the CarePartner team to find matches based on location and availability. This part-time/per-diem role requires 6 months caregiving experience, English communication, reliable transportation, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience, or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
