Job summary

ShareLinx by CareLinx, part of Sharecare, Inc., is seeking experienced in-home caregivers for Simi Valley, CA. This role is non-clinical, involves helping clients with daily activities, meal prep, mobility support, and light housekeeping, and you’ll manage tasks via the CareLinx app.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of caregiving experience or CNA/HHA/MA credentials, reliable transportation, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual encouraged).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific requirements (may apply): TB test, physical exam, or drug screening; driving shifts may require a valid license and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities: transportation and errand support; hospital discharge escort; telehealth navigation.
