As an in-home caregiver on a part-time/per-diem, 1099 contractor basis, you control your schedule, complete tasks in-app, and report changes to the CarePartner team. Training and state requirements may apply; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience, or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training may apply before accepting shifts.
• Valid drivers license and MVR check if driving shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs): transportation and errand support.
• Hospital discharge escort — safely accompanying members home after discharge.
• Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits.
