Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or equivalent education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual considered a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (companionship, meal prep, mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Record all care tasks in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to the CareLinx clinical team.
