Mind & Mobility in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide / CNA to provide in‑home care, assist with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, and companionship. This is a PRN position with flexible hours aligned to client needs and caregiver availability.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving/home care experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and other ADLs.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping and organize living spaces.
• Monitor and document vital signs and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans from healthcare professionals.
• Run errands or provide transportation as needed.
