Job summary

Mind & Mobility in Tampa, FL seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care for clients. This PRN (as-needed) role offers a flexible Mon-Fri schedule from 10am to 1pm with competitive pay and supportive team collaboration.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal prep, mobility, light housekeeping, and companionship, while adhering to care plans and documenting care details as required. A driver's license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
• Provide errands or transportation as needed
