Job summary

Ks Caring Angels Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care and support for clients in Florida. The role focuses on daily living assistance, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and emotional support.

Ideal candidates have a background in caregiving, HHA/CNA certification, CPR/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Competitive starting wage and overtime opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• HHA or CNA certification is required or in process.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is required.
• Ability to pass background screening and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Offer mobility support and safe transfers for clients.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders and track adherence.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Observe changes in client condition and report them promptly.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
