Job summary
Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care for clients in Wesley Chapel, FL. The role includes personal care, ADLs, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship.
This is a PRN position with flexible hours designed around caregiver availability and client needs. Requirements include a CNA license or HHA certificate preferred, at least 1 year of caregiving experience, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, CPR certification,
Qualifications
- CNA license or HHA certificate preferred.
- Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation according to dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and organization of living space.
- Monitor vital signs and provide medication reminders as required.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Provide errands or transportation as needed.
