Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care is seeking an in-home caregiver to support clients in Minnetonka, MN, and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate, personalized care in the home, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, medication monitoring, meal planning, and engaging clients in activities.

A high school diploma is required; caregiving certification is a plus. Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or caregiving is a plus.
• Experience in home care or related field is preferred.
• Pass background checks and drug screenings; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in condition.
• Communicate with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe and clean home environment.
