Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support clients in Minnetonka, MN, and nearby areas. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence in their homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or caregiving is a plus.
• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
• Administer medications and monitor client health conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
