ComForCare Home Health Care - Minnetonka in Waconia, MN is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home support to clients. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help with meals while following care plans and maintaining dignity.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (certification preferred), strong communication skills, and reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certification preferred.
• Prior personal care or home health care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation according to dietary needs.
• Monitor health and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Support mobility and transportation to appointments.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Follow care plans and protect client confidentiality and dignity.
