Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Minnetonka is seeking an in-home caregiver to support clients in Minnetonka, MN and nearby areas. You will assist with daily living, personal care, and mobility, delivering compassionate, client-centered care in the home setting.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
