Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to support clients in Minnetonka, MN, and nearby areas. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence in their homes.

We value compassionate, patient caregivers with strong communication skills who can collaborate with families and health professionals. Training and advancement opportunities are available, with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or caregiving is a plus.
• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
• Administer medications and monitor client health conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
