At Agape at Home is dedicated to delivering non-medical in-home support to clients in our community, focusing on preserving independence and dignity. We seek compassionate caregivers to provide quality care across the Saddlebooke location with a patient-centered approach.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on knowledge and experience, with weekly pay and day/night shift differential. Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their loved ones.

Formación

• Previous experience in home health or senior care preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR and HIPAA regulations a must.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and medications as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Provide personal care and mobility support with equipment when necessary.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes in health status.
• Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean living environment.
• Offer companionship and memory care support as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
