Job summary

Agape at Home in Saddlebrooke, AZ, is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support to clients across Pima County. You will help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes.

Our mission is to connect compassionate caregivers with clients who need quality, reliable support, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour and weekly pay. Day/night shifts available with shift differential offered, in-person work location.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home health or senior care preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, HIPAA, and patient monitoring is essential.
• Familiar with meal prep, medication administration, and daily cleaning tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse individuals.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide personal care including mobility support and transferring using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client health.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
• Support memory care and developmental disability clients with tailored activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care strategies.
