Job summary

Agape at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical support across Pima County, including Green Valley. You will help clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes, with a focus on comfort and safety.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, paid weekly, with day and night shifts available and shift differentials offered. This on-site role supports clients with ADLs, companionship, and memory care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health or elder care preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, HIPAA regulations, and patient monitoring essential.
• Familiarity with caregiving tasks such as meal prep, medication assistance, and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide personal care including mobility assistance and transfers.
• Monitor and document vital signs and health changes.
• Prepare nutritious meals per dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor care plans.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
• Support memory care and dementia-related activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care strategies.
