Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily tasks and ensuring safety and comfort. Experience is helpful but not required; a positive attitude and reliability are valued.

You will work closely with a care team, provide companionship, assist with ADLs, monitor wellbeing, and maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling are offered to start quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong caregiving abilities including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with a care team.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
