Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable Home Health Aide with focus on client safety and well‑being.
• Experience in patient care is welcomed but not required; right attitude prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive home environment.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to care team.
• Assist with mobility and use of equipment like Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure confidentiality under HIPAA.
