Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate CNA/Home Health Aide to provide in-home care in Sarasota, FL.

This PRN role offers flexible hours Mon-Sun 9am-1pm, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while collaborating with families and care team.

Required: 1 year of caregiving, valid driver's license and CPR; English proficiency; background screening.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• CPR certification required.
• English proficiency (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, ADLs, mobility, and companionship.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Light housekeeping and organizing living space.
• Monitor vital signs and document as required.
• Assist with mobility/transfers using proper techniques.
• Provide transportation or errands as needed.
• Follow care plans from healthcare professionals.
