Job summary

Alliance Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Caregiver to provide essential daily living support, personal care, and companionship to clients in a safe home environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while maintaining confidentiality and following health guidelines. Prior experience is preferred but not required; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and transfer clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks and daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed exercises or therapies.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities with clients.
• Monitor health changes and report to supervising staff.
