Job summary

Home Care Agency LLC is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support clients in their homes or community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and promote safety and independence for those we serve. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and able to follow care plans.

Prior home care experience is valued, and CPR/First Aid are preferred or obtainable during onboarding. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous PCA or similar experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and bathing.
• Help with mobility and transfers, and provide walking assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meals and dietary needs.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to nurses or family.
• Assist with light household tasks and shopping.
• Remind and help with medications and adherence to regimens.
