Job summary

Edwards Center, Inc. seeks a compassionate, organized I/DD Residential Program Manager to lead a 24-hour residential home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will foster a safe, person-centered environment where residents build independence and participate in their communities.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliant documentation and safety, develop ISPs, manage budgets, and partner with families and community resources to support residents and staff success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in human services/management preferred.
• Minimum of two years in residential or human services settings; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Oregon driver's license, insurable driving record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Proficiency in documentation and computer-based recordkeeping systems.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities aligned with Edwards Center's mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to a 24/7 residential services team.
• Develop and implement ISPs for residents.
• Ensure staff documentation, safety checks, and compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules.
• Oversee resident needs, activities, and community integration.
• Monitor budgets and program finances in accordance with policy.
