Job summary

Harc, Inc. is seeking a Residential Manager to lead a group home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will ensure quality care, implement person-centered plans, and guide the team toward inclusion and dignity.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and maintaining regulatory compliance to support residents’ independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with individuals with IDD, preferably in a residential setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial oversight, budgeting, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall functioning of the residential group home in line with Harc, Inc.'s mission and policies.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans for each resident.
• Monitor program effectiveness and coordinate with medical, behavioral, and vocational teams.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop direct support staff; oversee scheduling within budget.
• Ensure staff training, certification, and regulatory compliance, including medication protocols.
