Job summary

The Resource Center, Inc. is seeking a Residence Manager I/DD Services to lead day-to-day operations of the residence and supervise staff across three shifts.

You will ensure individualized programming, develop and monitor habilitation plans, and contribute to behavior support strategies to enhance resident outcomes. Responsibilities include administrative oversight, staff development, and coordination with clinical teams to maintain high-quality residential care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Extensive leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Experience serving individuals with disabilities and developing treatment/service plans.
• Ability to manage multiple shifts and oversee 3 shifts, 7 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative supervision of residence staff including hiring, discipline, performance evals, and training.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and provide coverage as needed.
• Conduct staff meetings and supervise competency and professionalism.
• Prepare and process personnel paperwork and timekeeping.
• Schedule daily tasks to coordinate services and care.
• Identify staff training needs and deliver guidance and training.
• Provide crisis intervention support and model respectful interactions.
• Monitor health, safety, and comfort of residents; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical activities, behavior support plan development and updates.
• Maintain open communication with families and care team.
