Cedarhurst of West Plains is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will perform housekeeping and laundry tasks across apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices.

This role emphasizes following policies, assisting with restocking supplies, reporting repairs, and coordinating with maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office programs and electronic health record systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform thorough cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, trash removal).
• Follow a cleaning schedule for resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices.
• Collect and launder soiled linens in accordance with policies to protect health and hygiene.
• Fold, sort, and distribute clean laundry.
• Report supply and equipment needs and restock as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs noticed during workday.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families about care and wellbeing.
• Take direction from management and engage in conflict resolution as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
