Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Healthcare, customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Assist residents with non-medical needs like bed making and linen delivery.
• Help with meals, serving and ensuring resident comfort during dining.
• Respond to calls and notify clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized rooms and common areas.
• Support residents' dignity and independence in daily routines.
• Collaborate with nursing and care staff to meet resident needs.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities and appointments.
• Support activities by helping participation in events and programs.
