Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to support resident meals at Walnut Creek facility in Moraine, Ohio. You will assist with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean, sanitary dining environment for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes teamwork, following dietary plans, and responsive service to residents and nursing staff. Training is provided to ensure high standards of safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff and residents.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Be flexible and adaptable to shift needs.
• Support meal prep and resident meal service as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to all food functions and follow established food policies.
• Prepare and deliver meals to nursing stations and residents.
• Assist cooks and prepare sandwiches and meal items per diet cards.
• Serve meals and tray deliveries, collect trays, and return items to dishwashing.
