Lionstone Healthcare in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our care team. Under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor, you will support patient-related care, transport patients, and perform administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include responding to call lights, maintaining privacy, assisting with meals and activities, and helping with daily resident comfort. We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork.

Formación

• Must read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to provide age-appropriate care for residents served.
• Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Responsabilidades

• Acknowledge residents' and families' concerns and report them to the nurse supervisor.
• Respond to all call lights timely, providing non-hands-on care or referring to appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy for residents.
• Perform host/hostess duties, including transporting patients, assisting with meal distribution, and distributing personal laundry.
• Deliver snacks to patients who do not require assistance in feeding.
• Assist the Activity Director with patient activities and run errands for patients and staff.
