Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current license to practice professional nursing in NC/SC.
• Two years of nursing experience, hospice/home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Nursing Process to assess and manage Admission Plan of Care.
• Educate patients and families according to the Plan of Care.
• Document and communicate information per agency policies and regulations.
• Delegate care duties to LPNs and CNAs under RN supervision.
• Maintain personal and professional development annually.
