Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of CNA course.
• Current CNA certification with NC Board of Nursing or Department of Facilities Services registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic patient care under RN supervision, adapting to patient needs across all ages.
• Assist with clerical and stocking duties to support department safety and efficiency.
• Document and communicate patient information per agency policies.
• Organize workload and adjust schedule to support team performance.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, dignity, and adherence to infection control protocols.
