Job summary

Affinis Hospice is seeking a devoted Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care to Hospice Services patients in Georgia. You will assess patient and family needs, coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Group, and manage comfort and symptom control in alignment with physicians' orders.

The role requires GA RN licensure, current CPR, and at least six months of acute care experience; hospice or home care preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Minimum six months experience in acute care as an RN; home care or hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to meet health clearance requirements and provide professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to Hospice Services patients.
• Identify patient/family needs and develop care plans with the Interdisciplinary Group.
• Coordinate with attending physicians and Hospice staff for resource use.
• Document observations and interventions accurately in patient records.
• Support patients and families through the dying process with compassionate care.
