Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team. You’ll lead the care team to ensure compassionate, high‑quality hospice services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active state RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with the patient, the family, and the care team.
• Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure quality hospice care.
