Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Hillsborough County, FL. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while practicing at the top of your license with strong support from a mission-driven organization.

Requirements include an RN license in Florida, at least 2 years in hospice/home health or acute care, reliable transportation, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
