AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary care team in the Tampa area.

You will provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients, collaborate with physicians and families, and develop tailored care plans to maximize comfort and dignity. The role emphasizes autonomy within a mission‑driven organization and requires a valid RN license and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
