Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an IPC Hospice RN in Florida to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across the hospice continuum. You will collaborate with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, and families to deliver tailored end-of-life support.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
Requires hospice, home health, medical-surgical, or population-specific care experience.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care with individualized care plans.
Coordinate with physicians and inter-disciplinary team for compassionate care.
Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records during shifts.
Educate patients and caregivers on medications, mobility, and end-of-life preparation.
Provide emotional and physical support at death and participate in 24/7 coverage.
Attend meetings, supervise aides, and adhere to nursing regulations.
