Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in the Clearwater area to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients at the center of an interdisciplinary team. You will work the M-F 8a-5p schedule with mileage reimbursement based on experience.

Responsibilities include creating and carrying out care plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, educating families, coordinating across disciplines, and staying current with professional development.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
