Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team serving Hillsborough County, Florida. The role emphasizes patient comfort, dignity, and autonomy within a supportive mission-driven organization.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, with mileage reimbursed and pay based on experience. Requirements include an active RN license in Florida, at least one year of nursing experience, and a minimum of two years in Hospice or Home Health or acute care settings.

Qualifications

• RNs must have 2 years experience in Hospice or Home Health or Acute care Hospitals
• RN license must be active in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
